Dear Members and Friends
In the season of Easter we will follow the disciples as they encounter the risen Christ. This week we will walk with the disciple to Emmaus on Easter day. We will look over the shoulders of Cleopas and the other disciple as they process the loss of Jesus. As they ponder what new thing has happened. Christ, jumps into the conversation teaches and reveal the scriptures. He opens their minds, but it is in the breaking of bread that the disciple eyes recognize that Christ was in their midst. We will explore where we have seen Christ in our midst….
