Manna is much more than a soup kitchen.
It’s a resource center which provides opportunities for counseling from many different community organizations. It’s a grocery “store” where anyone can get food they need. It’s a place our unhoused neighbors may get a shower, use a laundry, or get a hot meal. See what they do HERE. First Presbyterian’s people have been volunteering at Manna on the second Thursday of each month for many years, and our time to serve will be on Thursday, September 14th, from 9 am – 1 pm. You may be asked to serve a hot meal at the take-out window, help prepare the next day’s meal, or help stock the store. Please consider this opportunity to help our neighbors.
