Dear Members and Friends,
This week we will have praise and family Sunday. Our children will also lift up their voices as well, all on their own. In scripture we will listen to the words of Mary as she sings in praise about the coming of our savior. The magnificent, which comes from the first word to magnify, is one of the oldest Christian songs. This solo is speaking of the radical coming of Christ and lifting up the mercy of God. It is a favorite, reminding us that out of humbleness great things can happen. On this third week of advent, we will sing with Joy and know that Christ is still doing great things.
